Dear Friends of City Pets Animal Clinic,

We are very happy to tell you that we are resuming the scheduling of “non-essential” appointments. This means you may call or e-mail the clinic at any time to book your pet’s Annual Exam and Vaccination update. If your pet has a present health concern, please call to book an appointment at any time.

Due to the number of Vaccinations that have had to be postponed, we will be focusing on getting all vaccinations up to date as quickly as possible. For this reason, if you have a non-urgent topic that you would also like to address, you will be required to book a separate appointment time. If your pet does have a more urgent health concern, this will be the priority and the vaccination will be postponed. Non-urgent surgeries and dental procedures will also now be scheduled. We have kept a list of all patients who are waiting and will contact you to set up a date.

We will be keeping the current social distancing measures we have in place for the time being. For appointments we ask that you park at the back of the building and call to let us know when you have arrived. You will be greeted at the back entrance and you will have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Mulley directly prior to the appointment, as well as over phone during the appointment. Please have your pet in a carrier or with a leash for ease of transfer. For food or medication purchases please call when you arrive and the products will be brought to you at the front entrance. Please allow for 2 m/6 ft social distance at all times.

We are all so truly grateful for the patience and understanding that you have all shown to us as we navigate this public health crisis. Our goal has always, and continues to be, that everyone stays healthy. We do hope our social distancing measures will be less restrictive in the near future and we look forward to seeing you in the clinic soon. We also have some exciting new plans for an expansion into our new office space that we look forward to sharing with you!
