Dr. Kelli Mulley

Owner / Veterinarian

Kelli received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island. In addition, she has also completed a diploma in Chemistry Laboratory Technology and has a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition with an internship in dietetics.
Dr. Mulley worked as a Clinical Dietitian for several years before becoming a veterinarian. Kelli loves spending her days looking after pets and their people. She is resourceful, incredibly smart and there isn’t a problem she can’t find a solution for. In her spare time, she enjoys many activities with her family, and her Yorkie, Muffin. Her hobbies include yoga, skiing, hiking and stand up paddling.

Dr. Olivia Kopp

Veterinarian

Olivia received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon. After graduation she worked in a mixed animal practice with farm animals and pets before making the move to the island with her loving husband, Trevor, in 2021. We are blessed by her thoughtful, calm, and adaptive nature. Olivia’s knowledge and skills are well beyond her years and she thoroughly enjoys looking after her patients. Olivia has 3 cats and an adorable dog named Lucy at home. When outside of the clinic you can find Olivia hiking, biking or camping with her family and friends.

Tara

Practice Manager

Tara is our wonderful practice manager who loves to help out wherever needed in the clinic. She joined the City Pets team in 2018 as a receptionist/assistant and has worked her way up into a management position. She blesses us with her boundless energy and resourcefulness, it seems there is nothing she is not good at! Tara has two rescue cats, Dewey and Yam, and a drooly hound, Gus, to keep her busy at home. When she is not working, she spends her time with friends and family enjoying the our beautiful island, hiking, paddle boarding or camping.

Signe

Veterinarian In Training

Signe is our Vet in Training who joins us for the summers while she is not in school. Her knowledge is a huge asset to our team as she has a degree in Animal Sciences, and a certificate in Animal Welfare. She fell in love with the profession at a young age and spent as much time as she could in various clinics gaining experience. Her love and compassion for animals will make her an incredible vet. Signe has a new puppy of her own named Cricket, he’s an adorable Choodle mix, she also has a feisty cat named Cinnamon. In her spare time, Signe loves to kayak, walk with Cricket, and hangout with Sarah.

Sau

VetErinary Technician

Sau has loved animals since she got her first puppy at a young age from her parents. Her continuing love for animals inspired her to become a registered veterinary technician since 2015. Sau is excited to be working with the excellent team at City Pets Animal Clinic. With her loving partner, Herb, she enjoys exploring the island and all that it has to offer! At the present time, she has four adorable rescue cats that she pampers daily! They pamper her back with all their love! She is passionate about veterinary anesthesia, nutrition, dermatology, dentistry and animal behaviour. Sau is a Fear Free Certified Professional, Fear Free Certified Home Professional, Fear Free Certified Shelter Professional and a Low Stress Silver Level handler. She hopes to make every dog and cat visit as healthy, happy and positive as possible!

Lynne

VetErinary Technician

Lynne graduated as a veterinary technician from Collège Boréal in 2018 and has been working in small animal practice ever since. In 2022 she decided to make the move to BC from Ontario with her adorable cat Charlie. Lynne has an interest in dentistry, hydrotherapy, behaviour, and so much more. Her love for animals is limitless and evident in her daily work. On her spare time, she enjoys the beautiful scenery BC has to offer, as well as hiking, camping, travelling, reading books on the beach, and learning about human nutrition.

Angelica

VetErinary Technician

Angelica is one of our veterinary technicians who has been working in the industry for about 6 years now. Angelica has worked abroad in both Australia and New Zealand over the years and enjoys expanding her knowledge in different settings. She spent three years working in emergency clinics in Vancouver before moving to the island. She is knowledgeable, caring, loyal and loves all animals big and small. Angelica has a contagious laugh and upbeat personality that keeps our teams spirits high. In her spare time she likes going to the beach, hiking and hanging out with her three cats, Romeo, Theodore and Sebastian.

Robyn

VetErinary Technician

Robyn is our Veterinary Technician who came to us all the way from South Africa. She studied a 4-year course in Animal Health through the University of South Africa and spent a lot of time doing wildlife work on African animals. She has been working in small animal practice for 4 years now and absolutely loves making a difference in the wellness and health of companion animals. Robyn is hard working, pays close attention to detail and challenges herself to fulfill all of her rolls to the best of her ability! As a hobby she enjoys spending time with her family, singing, attending church and exploring the beautiful country of Canada.

Jamieson

VeteriNary Assistant

Jamie is our wonderful veterinary assistant who joined us from a reception career in human medicine. Her endless love for animals made the career change a no brainer. She is motivated and has a calming presence that soothes both our patients and fellow staff members. Jamie loves to spend time with her loving husband, Michael, and adorable senior dog, Teddy. When she is not at work you can find Jamie hiking, fishing, playing hockey and spending time with family and friends.

Lucy

Veterinary Assistant

Lucy is our multi talented veterinary assistant who is always willing to jump into any role in the clinic to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her positivity and kind nature is a blessing to our team, our clients and patients! She spent time abroad working in shelters and exploring new places before settling into small animal clinics in her hometown. Lucy has a couple pets of her own, a cute cat named Sully (aka. Sauce) and an energetic lab named Oliver (aka. Liv).  Outside of work Lucy enjoys walking with Liv, paddle boarding, and travelling.

Sarah

Receptionist

Sarah is our lovely veterinary receptionist/assistant. Sarah is kind, bubbly, and will always greet you and your pet with a contagious smile. Sarah is very passionate about animal care and has two kitties of her own, Snowball and Ares that she brought here all the way from Saudi Arabia. She also has a sand boa named Ponyo. Sarah has an unbounded desire to learn and explore the world and different cultures as she loves to travel. Outside of work, Sarah loves to hike, swim, and spend time with family and friends.

Natalie

Receptionist

Natalie is our amazing receptionist who blesses us and our clients every day with her hard work, contagious smile and can do attitude. She is an incredibly quick learner, detail oriented and we have yet to find something she is not good at. After graduating with her bachelors from UVIC she switched directions and found her dream job working with people and their pets. Natalie has a soft spot for senior kitties and would have a house full if it weren’t for housing restrictions.
