Dr. Kelli Mulley

Owner / Veterinarian

Kelli received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island. In addition, she has also completed a diploma in Chemistry Laboratory Technology and has a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition with an internship in dietetics.
Dr. Mulley worked as a Clinical Dietitian for several years before becoming a veterinarian. Kelli loves spending her days looking after pets and their people. She is resourceful, incredibly smart and there isn’t a problem she can’t find a solution for. In her spare time, she enjoys many activities with her family, and her Yorkie, Muffin. Her hobbies include yoga, skiing, hiking and stand up paddling.

Dr. Martha Hall

Veterinarian

Dr. Hall grew up in Toronto but always loved the west coast lifestyle. Veterinary medicine has always been her passion since she was a child and becoming a veterinarian allowed her to travel and practice all over the world. She studied veterinary medicine in Melbourne, Australia.

After receiving her degree, she advanced her skills by doing an internship in downtown Toronto at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic where she spent time in specialties like neurology, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, surgery, and emergency.

From there, Dr. Hall pursued an internship in internal medicine in Orlando, Florida, at the Affiliated Veterinary Specialists. She decided not to pursue a residency in internal medicine but it remains a special interest of hers. Other areas of interest include ultrasound, nutrition, and Western herbal medicine.

When not caring for her patients, Dr. Hall enjoys cooking, barre, yoga, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, their two young daughters, and her dog, Tinkerbell.

Dr. Vicky Addie

Veterinarian

Dr. Vicky Addie received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island. Before pursuing veterinary studies, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and spent time training to become a professional scuba diver.

Her sense of adventure and love of travel brought her to this coast shortly after graduation. She has worked in several settings and areas of British Columbia before deciding to settle in our beautiful city. She is excited to become a part of the team at City Pets.

Vicky has always valued the mutual joy that can be found within the bond between people and their pets. She loves to provide compassionate care to her patients and their owners. She has a special interest in preventive and integrative medicine. She is passionate about using her skills to contribute toward community betterment and regularly participates in local and international efforts that support people and animals in need.

When not at work, you can usually find her surfing, camping, or enjoying some other outdoor adventure with her partner and dog.

Stephanie

Veterinary Assistant

Steph was born and raised on Vancouver Island. Her deep love of animals stems from growing up in a home alongside her many beloved cats, and dogs. Volunteer work with the BCSPCA and local cat rescues finalized her decision to pursue an education in the veterinary field.

Following graduation in Kelowna, she moved to Vancouver to work in a veterinary hospital where she could begin to apply her knowledge and skills.
Eventually she was ready to return to island life where she continued working in the field. Steph came to us in 2023 with 5 years of experience and is eager to continue learning and improving her skills. Outside of the clinic, Steph often spends her time painting, baking, exploring Victoria with her husband, and lounging at home with their cat Domino.
